Products may be returned for a full refund, credit or exchange within 30 days of receipt and may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Products returned after 30 days are subject to a 35% restocking fee. Should you need to return a part for refund, exchange or credit, please contact our Customer Service department for a return authorization number and instructions. Mission Trading will not accept returned goods without prior authorization. Customer will pay freight on all return orders and provide a detailed reason for the return of said items. We are so confident at MTC that our products are produced to exceed OEM specifications and quality standards that we offer an industry leading 12 month unlimited mileage warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. All warranty returns are carefully scrutinized to determine the cause of failure so corrections and improvements can be made immediately at the source. Our warranty does not cover any labor or other costs for removal, installation, damage, delays, loss of part, misuse, or for incidental or consequential damages. If the returned product is tested to be in full working condition, Mission Trading Company will not honor the warranty or return costs and will assess a 35% restocking fee.

Always check the contents of your delivery to assure all the parts ordered were received, this is also a good time to check the condition of the item received. If you are missing any item(s) be sure to check if the items are not back ordered by calling, faxing or emailing our Customer Service department. If a shortage has occurred, contact our customer service department within two (2) days of delivery to assure a prompt replacement. Mission Trading assumes no liability after this period.

All refused orders will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Mission Trading will consider the entire order cancelled and void with no notification to the customer.
